Our firm is seeking a Certified Public Accountant with a strong background in auditing and public accounting. The selected candidate will have experience working in an accounting department, be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in QuickBooks. The perfect candidate will have a CPA license and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
Responsibilities:
- Open and maintain books of accounts for a business.
- Review and verify accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare income tax returns for small businesses.
- Perform and complete clients’ daily, monthly, and annual accounting transactions
- Ensure client engagement deadlines are met consistently
- Prepare bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations
- Produce business reports for investors and government agencies.
- Assist businesses in financial management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 / year

Experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP
- Certified Public Accountant license preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of general ledger accounting software
License/Certification:
- CPA (Preferred)
